We thought it would be nice to give folks a bit of guidance as to how to best, "navigate" through our website. If after reading this you encounter any problems or difficulties don't hesitate to contact us, we really want to know. Change Pages: To navigate through the site, simply click on a menu button found on the left of your page. Item Info: If you change to one of our category pages, you will find mini pictures, thumbnails, of the items we offer for sale and a price. To find out additional information and to see a bigger picture simply click on the picture or name of item. Return to an Index Page: Once you go to an items page, simply click on a left hand menu button to return to a category page, or use your browsers "back" button. Order an Item: Once you are on a category page showing items for sale, you have to click on the item picture or name to bring up its page. Once there you can select the item to purchase, by simply clicking the "order" button after choosing the appropriate options if applicable, like color or.... Changing Quantity: Once you click an items "order" button you will be given the opportunity to increase the items quantity. Multiple Color/Size Same Item: If you are purchasing an item that you wish to order in different colors or sizes, you will have to order each size or color as a separate item. For example: If you wish to purchase 1 - blue, and 1 -green, 25' coil hose, you will have to select the color "blue" and click the order button. Then, come back to the items page, select the second color "green", and then click the order button again. In our example, when you get to the check out, you will see the "25' coil hose" listed twice, each specifying the different colors you selected. Delete an Item: If you have changed your mind about an item all together, or you want to change a quantity simply view your shopping cart and you will be provided with that option. Check Out: After you have completed your shopping, and are ready to check out simply click on the "view order" button and follow the directions. And don't forget All orders must be paid for before shipping sorry no CODs. At time of check out you will have the following options: Mastercard, Discover, Visa, American Express, Send a Check, or Call with Credit Card Info within 24 hours. Can't Remember?: We all have that trouble occassionally.:~). If you can't seem to relocate an item you saw, simply click the "index" button on the menu. It will provide you with an alphabetical list of all the sections and items listed on the site. Once you find the item you are looking for simply click the link and it will take you there. Shopping Tip: Once you add an item to your shopping cart, it is much quicker to select a menu button to resume shopping, than to select the "resume/continue shopping" button on your shopping cart.
