HOLIDAY/VACATION REMINDER: We normally close for a week to 10 days at Memorial Day, Labor Day and during the Christmas to New Year's timeframe. Our customer service department closes during these periods. During vacation closures, our On-Line order acceptance process remains in effect. Should you need assistance with an item, please call 800-336-7855 and leave a message. We will get back to you promptly upon our return. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you ahead of time for your patience.

ORDERING: Items available thru this portion of the store can be ordered on-line, by simply clicking the "order" button next to the item, and where necessary selecting a color. Quantities can be changed after selecting the "order" button. If you prefer not to order on-line please press the "return to trailer shopping" button. Once there click on our on-line catalog, there are additional products available as well as information on how to order items thru alternate channels.

PAYMENT: All orders must be prepaid before departure, sorry no COD's. We accept Master Card, VISA, & American Express credit cards for the merchandise offered on The Store at Traveled Lane website (www.thestoreattlt.com). (We accept only cash or check as payment for trailers. Our trailers are not offered on The Store at Traveled Lane website.) Credit card numbers can be provided at time of check out via secure network, or you may opt to provide those numbers to us by phone just select the "Call w/CC info" payment option. Notice: Due to changes in their processing practices, we have elected to discontinue acceptance of the DISCOVER card, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

DELIVERY: We try to ship in-stock orders with-in 24-48 hours of receipt, with allowances for holidays and weekends. Orders received after Friday 4:00 pm Eastern will not ship until the following Monday. We use UPS ground, delivery times vary from 1-10 days depending on your location. We also ask that you check all boxes upon arrival for damage and report it to us within 72 hours.

BACK ORDERS: If you call us to place an order by phone the operator will be able to give you availability of all ordered items, immediately. Our general policy is that if the item is due back in stock within a week of order we will hold the order until it arrives and ship it at all once and charge your credit card at that time. If however the wait time is beyond that,we will contact you so you can request to have the item shipped at a later date or deleted from the order.

RETURNS: We like our customers to be happy but unfortunately we do need to set forth some "fine print" if you will.
A) Please call 1-800-336-7855 for authorization before returning any item.
B) All returns must be made and received within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice, and accompanied by a copy of your invoice stating reason for return.
C) Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges for returns made for reasons other than manufacturer defect.
D) It is advised that customers use a tracking shipper since we cannot be responsible for lost returned merchandise. We can only grant credit once the merchandise has been received by us in its original condition.
E) And please note, we do not charge a restocking fee, however, for returns made for reasons other than defect, we will give credit for the merchandise only, the original shipping charges WILL NOT be reimbursed.
F) In cases of defective merchandise a "call tag" will be issued and upon receipt of merchandise a replacement or full credit will be issued.


LOCAL TAXES: Because of the laws governing the state of Maryland, if the destination of the shipment is Maryland regardless of the purchasers billing address, it is required that the 5% MD sales tax be applied to not only the merchandise total, but the shipping and handling charges as well.

*We realize alot of folks make a large amount of money on shipping and handling, we try not too. We recently re-adjusted our shipping charges to bring them down to what we feel are representative of actually fees incurred. Whenever possible, we will still attempt to reduce the advertised shipping charges. But we can make NO GUARANTEES except to say that we will charge no more than our published rates.
